There are times when football matches get turned on their heads withing a matter of seconds, with United’s Champions League triumph highlighted as one of the few times that all you can think of sticking on twitter is ‘Football. Bloody hell!’ Last night we experienced another such moment, with Borussia Dortmund somehow managing to get the ball over the line twice in just 60 seconds of injury time!
At full-time, with the score at 2-1, Malaga were going through. 55 seconds into injury time Dortmund nudged the ball home to make it 2-2, but Malaga were still going through on away goals! Roll forward another 58 seconds and Dortmund had scrambled another goal to send the Yellow Army into the Semi Finals. It was amazing to watch!
