As we probably know, many of the world’s biggest names in football are on salaries that the vast majority of us can only dream of. With their enormous pay-packets, they can afford the finer things in life, and more often than not that’s exactly what they spend their money on, especially when it comes to their cars!

Cristiano Ronaldo, the flamboyant Real Madrid and Portugal forward, was able to spend a whopping £1.5m on the impressive and rare Bugatti Veyron, one of the few people on the planet with the means to do so. As for his rival Lionel Messi of Barcelona, he went for the more frugal Ferrari 360 Spider as his main vehicle.
Messi might seem down to earth in his choice compared to his rivals, but compared to veteran French striker Thierry Henry, he’s positively flashy! Henry, now playing in the MLS, drives a modest £60,000 Audi, but like his former Barca team mate, he’s got lots of other vehicles.
